JETCO closed on this 3.2 acres of land in January 2023, and got underway with construction of a 34,550sf Light Industrial Building on spec. This building being of similar construction to 90 Higney Avenue, caught the eye of an Ontario based Industrial company looking to expand to the Maritimes, so JETCO adapted structure and site configuration mid-construction to suit the client’s needs.
