What makes JETCO apartments different from other apartments in the area?

Most apartments in Nova Scotia are wood-frame construction. Our apartment buildings are built with insulated concrete form (ICF) exterior walls and concrete floor construction throughout — the same approach used in high-end custom homes. This means significantly better soundproofing between suites and floors, more stable interior temperatures year-round, and a quieter, more durable living environment.

What type of heating does JETCO use?

Every suite features in-floor radiant heating — warm water circulates through tubing embedded in the concrete floor, creating even, consistent heat throughout the suite. There are no baseboard heaters, no forced-air vents, and no cold spots. It's one of the most comfortable and efficient heating systems available in residential construction.

Are utilities included in rent?

Utility inclusions vary by building and lease terms. Please contact our leasing team or review the individual property page to confirm which utilities are included.

Is parking available for residents?

Yes. Most JETCO apartment communities offer resident parking. Parking options may include surface parking or underground parking depending on the building.

Where are JETCO apartments located?

JETCO residential communities are currently located in West Bedford (Halifax) and Lantz in East Hants, with convenient access to major commuter routes including Highway 102.

When will new JETCO apartments become available?

Availability varies by building and leasing schedule. New developments, including Brickline North in Lantz, are scheduled to welcome residents beginning in Summer 2026.
